Installation

The hammer crusher should be assembly combined and past the testing .And we should operate according to the related materials and then positioned properly (the corresponding mold of the basic pictures should be sent along with the products).

Additional requirements:

1）、the materials discharging should be seriously considered .

2）、To relieve the vibrating ,some hardwood pallets and other materials which can relieve the vibrating can be embedded in the middle of the crusher and cement cement .

3）、 The motor and crusher are generally installed on the motor frame and connected with the configured bolts .

Maintenance and troubleshooting

To ensure the normal function and the production capacity .we must process the right operation, normal maintenance and regular inspection.

Firstly, the right operation is the one of the key factors in the continuous function. And the improper and neglectful operation are often the important factors to cause equipment and human injury accidents .And the right operation means to carry out according to the specific stipulation.

Before the function, we should give a complete inspection to all the equipments to see if there have the wearing parts in the hammer head and ores in the crushing cavity .If any, the ores should be taken out .And we should also check if the bolts is loose.

1、preparation before the function

We should give a detail inspection to the main axis and other transmission parts with the enough lubricating oil.

We should check if there have the connection bolts with the phenomenon of loose and fracture.

We should check if there have obstacles in the body machine and various transmission parts.

We should check if the transmission equipments and motor are processing the normal function to ensure there have no crack or slip crack .And we should check if the terminal box and the earthling device are connected firmly and the safeguard equipment are in one piece.

Only all the above parts are in the normal function can we give the power signal and then to start the equipment according to the operation sequence...
