今天更新SVN，突然出现这个问题：
svn: Can't move '.svn/tmp/entries' to '.svn/entries': Operation not permitted
google了一下，发现了这篇文章

运行命令“$ chflags -R nouchg ./”即可解决这个问题
该命令修改文件的flag，“nouchg”表示
nouchg clear the user immutable flag (owner or super-user only)
