Job Description – Site Manager for Shanghai IT Development Center
Requirements:

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle the day-to-day management and act as focal point of Shanghai team with all on-shore management team
- 处理日常管理，协调上海团队和国外管理团队。
- Address all issues that may arise with the team and speak out when require
- 指出团队出现的问题
- Work with the North America functional Management team
- 和北美管理团队紧密工作
- Assist in identifying staff development both technical and language
- 帮助指导员工的技术和语言的发展和提高
- Mentor, support and encourage team for good team morale

- New staff orientation for GIS organization and GIS tooling

Qualifications
- University graduate in Information Technology or related disciplines
- 5 years or more relevant working experience
