修改代码窗口背景颜色，保护眼睛！

先将电脑窗口变成淡淡的苹果绿：
桌面-右键-属性-外观-高级-项目-窗口-颜色-其它，色调设为85，饱和度设为90，亮度设为205。然后单击[添加到自定义颜色]-确定...一路确定。
装了visual assistx之后，还需要另外一步设置：
tool-Option-Environment-Fonts and Colors-DisplayItems--Identifier--itembackground--automatic
或者 不设置电脑屏幕属性 直接在vc里修改
tool-Option-Environment-Fonts and Colors-DisplayItems--Identifier--itembackground--85 90 205
tool-Option-Environment-Fonts and Colors-DisplayItems--Plain Text--itembackground--85 90 205
