How to create EPS files...

In standard Latex, pictures should be saved in EPS files. We can convert objects in visio, Excel , or Word into EPS files.

1. Use viso (or Excel, Word) to print the object into PDF format.
2. Open the PDF file using Adobe.
3. Save the PDF file as *.eps or *.ps. Although we can save the PDF file as *.eps directly, the bounding of the object in PDF is unknown. Step 4 is used to make the drawing size fit to the object.
4. Open *.eps or *.ps using Ghost View (e.g., registered GSView included in Latex). Click "file"->"PS to EPS", select the check box and click "ok", then save its as *.eps.
