Sharepoint Designer Can Open Site but Can't Edit Page(Others pc can edit my site page)

First:site---contributor settings---choose site manager as default 

 

Problem one:

After some searching on the internet i found some solutions, it seems to be
a problem between SD and MOSS when it comes to sync.The solution i foundt was
to delete the webcache folder. I have deleted both
%username%/Application Data/Microsoft/Web Server Extensions/Cache
%username%/Local Settings/Application Data/Microsoft/WebsiteCache
 
solusion:
 
 The problem is resolved.
How do you want to active the software.
I always clicked cancle.This time i clicked next.
Then it does work for me.
 

 

 
Can not perform this operation.The file is no longer checked out or has been deleted?

Problem Two:

error:

the Server Could not complete your Request.Contact your internet service provider or web server administrator to make sure that the server has the frontpage server extensions or sharePoint services installed

solusion two:

 Tried to use the Default.aspx?contents=1 and closed the error webparts
