主要工作职能 Major Accountabilities ：
Responsible for Microsoft SharePoint application development including design, documentation, coding, testing. Responsible for delivery of SharePoint related solution. Understand the requirements from customer to analyze, design, implement, test, and deploy.

• Education, Professional experience（教育背景）:
B.S in Computer Science / Information Technology or above.

• Technical knowledge（专业技能）:
At least 3 years’ working experience in SharePoint development.
Atleast 5 years’ working experience on software development.

• Personal characteristics（个人能力）:
Good knowledge on .NET Technology (ASP/ASP .NET/C# etc.) and Microsoft SharePoint Server.
MS SharePoint 2007 application development experience is a MUST. NET development experience is a MUST.
Familiar with Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services SDK and Web part.
Familiar with Java Script development.
MS SharePoint 2010 application development is a plus.
Good at XML concepts and related development skills.
Experience in Web Services and/or SOA a big plus.
Work Flow development experience is a big plus.
SQL Server experience is a plus.
jQuery experience is a plus.
