Submit the Web Reference to SVN(C#)

If you add some web references to your solution and you need to submit the code to SVN or VSS, you should submit the web reference folder together with the other code. Then you can download the code and build it anywhere. You need to submit the .cs, .map, .disco and .wsdl files to SVN or VSS.
