Spending the Whole Day in Installing Software on My PC

Since I reinstalled my Operating System yesterday, Today I have to install all kinds of software to make my laptop works like it dose before.
Anti-Virus, MP3 Player, Movie Player, Text Editor(GIVM)...and so on.
I must be on a high crack yesterday to choose the language to be English, Now there are so many problem about unrecognized characters.
And I even can't use my favorite Editor: GVIM. It can't accept Chinese.
Sh~~~Sh~~Sh~~it!
By convention, the last thing must be good thing: I read one paper Named: Detection and Tracking in Soccer Video Sequences. I know what is
