Succinct description:
The user can’t choose the place they recover the file to and can’t see the content of a file in Cycle Bin.
Evidence for the aspect:

Interface aspect:
Before the user recovered a file in Cycle Bin they can’t choose the place they recover the file. They also can’t look the content of the file to make sure whether it was they needed.
Explanation of the aspect:
While users want recover a file in Cycle Bin. Just as say in HE1, they may can’t find where the file been recovered, so they want to choose the place to recover the file.
And before users get back the file, they may want to have a look about the content of the file to make sure whether it was they needed, especially when there are several files have the same in the Cycle Bin.
Severity of the problem:
Almost all users of the windows may have this problem. The new will easily find this problem and probably learn it quickly. This just let the user fell uncomfortable and inconveniently. They can solve this problem by other complex way.
Solution:
Give users a choice for the place they want to recover a file to.
The users can look the content of a file in the Cycle Bin; at least the structure of a file or folder.

They system have no reflection while finish recovering the file.
