增加参数容错和故障跟踪的webservice动态调用类

事先声明:本类代码根据目前博客园最常用的代码改造,允许自行修改和增加方法。

目前的代码有一个问题,就是广大网友反映的无参数出错问题,经修正已经解决,并增加错误捕捉和日志跟踪的入口,见注释部分。
