install ImageMagick on Ubuntu

the first time i install:
1. ./configure
2. make
fail: usr/bin/ld: -lperl command not find
salution: sudo apt-get install libperl-dev.
run all over again.
3. sudo make install
successfull
however when run $convert error again
convert: error while loading shared libraries: libMagickCore.so.2
whill, run $ldconfig usr/local/lib
run $convert again, successfull!!!!!
