Listen to the speech given by Tangjun

This weekend, I listen to the speech given by Tangjun, who is called the emperor of employees. And his speech has given me great inspiration, and now I want to share with all of us.

First when we are working, you may come across many things that you do not like to do. How will you deal with these? Just give up, if you are not a man. Do it, so boring. He tells us you must try to have the ability to quickly acquire knowledge unless you want to be a scientist.

Second you must try your best to look for opportunities, when you are a employee, never just to be a employee all the time. When he graduate from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, you also encountered many difficulties, but he overcome them after his great effort and wisdom.

At last he tells us that anybody who want to be successful must be paid hard working.
