修改开机加载项可以使用注册表：在开始里运行 regedit，找到
/HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Run
分别修改里面的加载项。
也可以使用别的软件，比如TuneUp Utilities、兔子等。
其他还需保留的加载项比如杀毒软件，自己的一些程序比如QQ等。这些自己看着办吧.
