Lead Application Support Engineer - Beijing

Role and Responsibilities:

This position will provide 3rd level support of day to day operations, including but not limited to advance trouble shooting, package creation and deployment, routine system maintenance, software releases and project related work.

Qualifications

Education:
4 year technical or business degree
5 years of professional technical experience
Required Skills, Necessary industry Experience & associated number of years of experience:

Technical degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent business degree and a minimum of 5 years professional technology experience is required.
3+ years experience in the following technologies:
Windows 2000/2003 systems
Solaris 10
.NET framework (C#, ASP.Net, Windows Services, Webservices)
ASP
XML and XSLT using MSXML
JavaScript, HTML, SOAP
Source code versioning repositories and packaging
Basic understanding of TCP/IP, routing and firewall security.
Demonstrated ability of delivering software projects to production and supporting those projects effectively.
Ability to work as a team player in a 24 by 7 support organization.
Extremely effective communication and presentation skills across all levels in the organization
Ability to collaborate with product management, development, Technical Operations, and business segment marketing teams on every day projects.
