EI / SCI / IEEE
IEEE is the journal of Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
EI stands for Engineering Index while SCI is short for Scientific Citation Index
IEEE is a magazine which focuses on topics around EE fields.
EI and SCI do not contain any academic papers but index to papers.
If a magazine is under the survey of EI and SCI, this magazine is worth
considered seriously.And if your papers are published on those magazines,
your paper will be collected by SCI or EI.
