Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
* Responsible for building up system architecture for healthcare IT applications
* Responsible for mapping domain knowledge to IT solution and required documentations.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor or above in Computer Science or Information Technology plus 5 years of industry experience
* Expert experience in .NET language, SQL server and IIS.
* Expert .NET programming experience in an Open Client/Open Server environment.
* Expert experience with Web Service.
* Highly team oriented; able to thrive in an agile development environment with few barriers to creativity. Passion for quality with automated testing.
* Effective communicator capable of describing and documenting proposed solutions

开发人员：
