不能安装软件的问题

其他常用软件都用正常安装，除了FuzzyLogic，KPT和RegCleaner，安装这三个软件系统会报错，显示“InstallShield Engine 遇到问题需要关闭。我们对此引起的不便表示抱歉。”等信息，用Norton WinDoctor检查，发现Missing File: "C:/Program files/Common files/InstallShield/Professional/RunTime/0701/Intel32/DotNetInstaller.exe"
"C:/Program files/Common files/InstallShield/Professional/RunTime/0701/Intel32/DotNetInstaller.exe" cannot access a necessary file, "mscoree.dll"
这跟不能安装这三个软件有没有关系？

假如你已安装.NET Framework，系统目录中（可能是C:/Winnt/System32）会有一个mscoree.dll，它就是微软.NET运行时执行引擎（.NET Runtime Execution Engine）

可能dll文件版本不对...或者.Net framework没有正确安装
修复.net framework安装,同时排查windows installer问题,最后查installshield engine
